Benjamin J. Thomas

BenJamin J. Thomas

Wheaton, Illinois

Originally from Liberty in west central Illinois, Benjamin attended Western Illinois University, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. While enrolled Benjamin was active in the College Democrats and the Political Science honors Fraternity, Pi Sigma Alpha. Benjamin decided to pursue a career in law, and upon graduating in 2005, decided to attend The John Marshall Law School.

Upon graduating in 2010, Benjamin worked as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney before joining the firm of Esp Kreuzer Cores LLP, where he primarily practices in insurance defense and litigation. The experience Benjamin gained as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney has proved to be invaluable working on the defense side, as he has a prior working knowledge of how plaintiff’s attorneys strategize and prosecute cases. Benjamin’s philosophy has always been that open continuous contact with clients is key to the successful resolution of cases, and keeps clients informed during all stages of their case.

While not practicing law, Benjamin enjoys the outdoors and is an avid fisherman. He also enjoys watching all the major Chicago sports teams, especially the Chicago Bulls.
